Morné graduated from the University of Stellenbosch and completed his articles at a prominent Johannesburg law firm before being admitted as an Attorney in July 2006. His interest in analysing alternatives, making recommendations and guiding clients in making decisions that significantly impact their lives led him to study financial planning through the University of the Free State. He later completed an Advanced Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, specialising in Investment and Estate Planning.

Mornè joined Netto Invest as a CFP® professional in 2006 with the vision of assisting clients to understand their own financial affairs. His passion for building long-term relationships with clients as he assists them and their families to achieve their financial goals led him to become a director of the company in 2013. He is also responsible for the company’s legal compliance and the research and support of our financial planning process.

Mornè’s experience and expertise in the investment industry has seen him appear on CNBC Africa and 702 Talk Radio. He is also regularly asked to contribute to articles in Personal Finance, Finweek and Business Day.
